Once your order has been placed, it immediately starts going through our fulfillment process. Therefore, unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we’re unable to change any items you’ve ordered, this includes the quantity, size and/or color. We’re also not able to change the address once the order has been placed. The package will have to be delivered to you before we can proceed with a product exchange process.

If you’re looking to return your order for a refund, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in an unused condition and with its original packaging and labels to be eligible for a refund. However, shipping costs are your responsibility.

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method after we’ve received your returned product in an unused condition and with its original packaging and labels. Please note that refunds can take up to 21 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

If you’re looking to exchange your order, we offer free exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in an unused condition and with its original packaging and labels to be eligible for an exchange. However, shipping costs are your responsibility for any delivery and re-delivery of goods.
