How much does shipping cost?

We aim make shopping online as seamless and affordable as possible, so we offer free EMS express shipping for all orders within Thailand.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Eastwave Supply strives to process orders as quickly as possible. We only sell products we currently have in stock. Your order will ship on the same day during weekdays if the order is placed and the payment is accepted before 5pm. However, please note our warehouse and office are closed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. On average, your order should take no longer than 3-4 days to be delivered to your door.

How to track my order?

Our delivery time starts from the moment your payment is accepted. Once your order has been sent to our shipping partner, we will send a tracking number to your email, which you can use to check the status of your purchase via the following channels:
